Effective Date: March 9, 2026 Last Updated: March 9, 2026
Welcome to ClawPilot. These Terms of Service apply to your access to and use of the ClawPilot app, website legal pages, and related services. By downloading, installing, accessing, or using ClawPilot, you agree to be bound by these Terms.
1. Service Description
ClawPilot provides software capabilities related to OpenClaw Gateway configuration, connectivity, notification setup, account status, and related supporting features. Specific features may differ by platform, distribution channel, or app version, and the actual functionality available in your installed version will control.
2. Accounts and Access
- ClawPilot currently identifies users and devices primarily through anonymous identifiers and installation records.
- You are responsible for safeguarding information related to your device, Gateway, webhook, or other access credentials.
- You must not obtain, interfere with, bypass, or damage ClawPilot services, interfaces, authentication, rate limits, or security mechanisms through unlawful means.
3. Acceptable Use
You agree not to use ClawPilot to:
- violate applicable laws or regulations;
- infringe the intellectual property, privacy, data rights, or other lawful rights of others;
- distribute malicious code, launch attacks, abuse interfaces, evade restrictions, or impair service stability;
- access, control, scrape, scan, or interfere with third-party systems, devices, or services without authorization.
4. Third-Party Services
ClawPilot may interact with third-party services, including Apple App Store, Android distribution channels, Getui push service, third-party model services, object storage services, and your self-hosted OpenClaw Gateway. Those services are independently operated by their respective providers, and their availability, compliance, and data handling rules are outside our direct control.
5. Push and Permissions
- You may decide whether to enable notification permissions and whether to accept push-related privacy consent in the Mainland China Android build.
- If you decline the relevant consent, the app remains usable, but push notifications that depend on that consent will be unavailable.
- You may adjust notification-related permissions and settings at any time through system settings or in-app settings.
6. Intellectual Property
Unless otherwise stated or required by law, intellectual property in ClawPilot and its related software, pages, interface design, copy, branding, and service content belongs to us or the relevant rights holders. You may not copy, modify, reverse engineer, distribute, sell, or create derivative works without authorization, except where applicable law expressly permits it.
7. Disclaimer
- ClawPilot is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis.
- We make reasonable efforts to maintain service stability and security, but we do not guarantee uninterrupted service, complete absence of errors, or compatibility with every device, OS version, distribution channel, or third-party environment.
- You remain responsible for your own OpenClaw Gateway, third-party model services, push channels, and distribution environment.
8. Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from third-party service failures, network issues, device compatibility problems, your own misconfiguration, or events beyond our reasonable control.
9. Service Changes and Termination
We may modify, suspend, or terminate service features, availability, interfaces, support policies, or these Terms for product operations, security maintenance, compliance, or other reasonable purposes, and we will provide reasonable notice where appropriate.
10. Governing Law and Disputes
These Terms are governed by the laws of the People's Republic of China, except where mandatory law provides otherwise. Any dispute arising from these Terms should first be resolved through friendly consultation. If consultation fails, either party may submit the dispute to a court with competent jurisdiction.
